Access conditions

Entrance to the Atrium is strictly reserved for adults, no exceptions.
The following documents can be used to prove your identity: identity card, driving license, passport, health insurance card, student card. We need a physical document, not a photo.
Clean, club-appropriate clothing is all that's required. Men's shorts are permitted in summer. Caps may not be worn indoors.

Events, presale, refund

The events and parties are scheduled a few weeks in advance. They are added to our website's agenda as they become available. Check back regularly to stay informed.
Pre-sales are personal, non-transferable and may not be resold.
Pre-sales do not guarantee access. It is up to the security staff at the entrance to decide whether or not to grant access. In case of refusal, security staff will systematically offer a refund of your order by scanning your QR code.
It all depends on whether the evening is sold out in advance or not. When all tickets have been sold online, there's no admission on site. If not, you can buy your ticket on the night. We therefore always recommend buying a pre-sale ticket in advance.
Once all tickets for an event have been sold, no more can be added. However, if people who have bought presales cancel them, they are automatically put back on line. We strongly advise against buying a presale from someone who is reselling a seat: presales are nominative and non-transferable.
Our pre-sales system allows you to cancel your order simply by logging into your customer area, up to 24 hours before the event. If you make a mistake on the date of your order, you can cancel it and then create a new order for the correct date. After 24 hours before the event, the order can no longer be cancelled.

Cancellation and refund

Our system allows you to cancel your order up to 24 hours before the event. Cancellation requests are made via your user account on the Atrium website, directly at the bottom of the order page. Cancellation requests can be made up to 24 hours before the event. Once this deadline has passed, the presale is final and cannot be reimbursed.
Our system includes the possibility of canceling your order up to 24 hours before the event. In order to inform our customers of this operation, we have included a special mention on this subject in the reservation process. When ordering, you checked the validation box for this mention.

Once the 24-hour period before the event has passed, whether you attend the party or not, the pre-sale is final and can no longer be refunded.

If you have not yet been debited, payments already made will be cancelled, so there will be no direct debit. If you have already been charged, payments will be credited (refunded) to your credit card. Please note that this operation may take several days after the date of the event.

Student parties

Student parties are generally held on Thursday evenings, and sometimes on Tuesdays or Wednesdays. They can be consulted in the online agenda on
The Atrium is only open on weekdays when a student party is organized by a student's bureau.
You can contact the organizers to buy a pre-sale wristband. For some parties, a limited quota of "outside" places is available online.

Checkroom and lost items

Please fill in the form on, under Forgotten cloakroom / lost object. We'll get back to you as soon as possible.
Jackets, coats, hoodies, caps, bags of all types must be left in the cloakroom.

Birthday Offers

The Atrium offers you a 50% discount to celebrate your birthday with the code "BIRTHDAY".
The discount is valid for online orders of starters or starters/bottles up to one month before and after your actual birthday, on evenings marked with a "Birthday" pictogram in the diary taking place 30 days before or after your birthday.

For online orders over 130 Euros, your purchase total will automatically be reduced by 50%, by entering the code "BIRTHDAY" when placing your order.

Your identity card will be checked at the checkout before the offer is issued.
You made a mistake in your date of birth when registering? Contact us to make the change. A valid date of birth is required to benefit from the "Birthday" offer

Account and personal information

You no longer want to receive promotional offers and in particular the "Birthday" offer for your birthday, you can simply uncheck the corresponding box in the "My account" section.

Please note that for the moment we send a maximum of 1 to 2 emails per year for the Birthday offer on D-30 and D-15 if you have checked the option. That's all!

The table reservation is proposed to you according to availability, a minimum amoutn of order and a minimum amount per person. These amounts are indicated on the event page and on your cart page.

When ordering, once your offers have been chosen, indicate the number of participants, the system will take it into account to propose you a table if the conditions are met.

At the end of the event, the photographer sorts through the photos he has taken. Some are blurred, over- or underexposed or badly framed, so they are removed and not published.
To have your photo removed from our website, please submit your request via our contact form, specifying the evening's album and the reference number of the photograph (e.g. 123-12345) displayed below it.
